Requirements for E-Portfolio Development: In this assignment we do an e-portfolio development by doing the following: Note: The directions to create your e-portfolio can be found in the weblinks section below, which will take you to the “Knowledge Base Article.”
- Discuss each of the following areas of nursing within your e-portfolio by drawing on three specific examples of your clinical experiences (i.e., skills lab, simulation, clinical rotations, or professional practice): Mental Health
- quality and safety
- evidence-based practice
- leadership
- community and population health
- For each of the areas of nursing you discussed in part A, complete the following within your e-portfolio:
- Discuss a nurse theorist that has influenced your thoughts on each area of nursing from part A (quality and safety, evidence-based practice, leadership, and community and population health).
- Explain strategies of self-awareness and self-care to support your growth in each area of nursing from part A (quality and safety, evidence-based practice, leadership, and community and population health).

The explanation is well supported with specific examples of how these strategies will support professional growth for each area of nursing from part A.
C: APA STYLE AND FORMAT
The submitted e-portfolio includes in-text citations and references and demonstrates a consistent application of APA style and format.
D:PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION
Content reflects the attention to detail, is organized, and focuses on the main ideas as prescribed in the task or chosen by the candidate. Terminology is pertinent, is used correctly, and effectively conveys the intended meaning. Mechanics, usage, and grammar promote accurate interpretation and understanding.
