Example:

Ever since its publication in 1880, Constance Fenimore Woolson’s short story, “Rodman the Keeper,” has been consistently described by critics as an embodiment of sympathy and sensitivity towards the South (Weekes, 2002, p. 34).

2. What is the problem with what has been said or done?

I contend that this evaluation overlooks a critical aspect: the structure of Woolson’s Southern economy.

3. What will you offer to solve the problem?

Consequently, my focus will not dwell on the empathetically portrayed degradation of the Southern proletariat, as most critics tend to do. Instead, I will analyze the root causes and consequences of this degradation.
